30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy
We at Teslix Internet Technologies, KFT (hereinafter referred to as “Teslix”) give our best to make sure each customer is being respected, decently treated and overall happy with the service provided by Teslix. This is why Teslix offers 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy for new hosting orders to all its new and existing customers.
In case we do not meet your requirements, we encourage you to email our billing department over at billing@teslix.com and we will make sure to process your refund shortly afterwards.
The 30 Days Money Back Guarantee is designed to let you try our service/support without penalty if you find it does not fit your needs. It’s not intended as a mechanism to get your free web hosting. If a dispute is raised with your Credit Card Company or PayPal then no refunds will be issued until the dispute is settled. Raising a dispute or requesting chargeback will only slow down the process of receiving a refund and we ask you to contact us to obtain the facts regarding your refund before taking such action.
Client is required to email any refund requests from official email address tied up with client’s billing account with Teslix. After a proper verification if all refund conditions are met, we will be happy to process money back procedure for you.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy does not apply to:
- Domain registrations and transfers
- Dedicated IP addresses (unless included in plan’s initial price)
- Whois ID Protections
- SSL certificates
- Custom coding, programming or designing work
For most of these services, Teslix does not limit you to use them outside of our company (e.g. domain names, protected whois, SSL certificates, designs etc).
Teslix may refuse to honor 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy in case, and in our sole discretion:
- Your account gets terminated violating service agreement and/or our terms and conditions
- Abuse of 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy
- Failure of identifying yourself as an account owner
Teslix wants to assure all our customers that are feeling unhappy with the service provided (providing they are not in violation of either service agreement and our terms of service), will be treated with utmost respect and refunds will be made without questions asked. We will always strive to provide you with best web hosting experience and we will appreciate any feedback you might have.
